Raleigh Wolfe joined Infinity Natural Resources as General Counsel in June 2024. Prior to that from October 2013 through June 2024, Mr. Wolfe served as an attorney at Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. where he represented public and private companies in capital markets offerings and mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the oil and natural gas industry. Mr. Wolfe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University, a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University.
